Documentation
The documentation of Hilde is part of its repository, in English and, for the main texts, in German. It is written for people and for AI assistants alike, and every text below is on this site as its own page.

On the command line
hilde doc Standard.Text.trim prints a module or a declaration with its contracts and docstring, without the network; hilde doc --man writes a manual page. hilde lsp is a language server with diagnostics, hover with type and contract, and go to definition. Editor support exists for Vim, Emacs, VS Code and Zed, with a tree-sitter grammar.
For language models
This site has an llms.txt that lists every page with a short description. The Hilde repository carries an llms.txt of its own, and hilde export writes one for each package it releases.
